I Love 2 Boys

This story starts a few years ago when I was in grade 3 I was best friends with this really nice boy named Peter we had we shared all our secrets with each other, his family travelled a lot and he always wanted me to come with them but since I were 8 I wasn't allowed.

One day he invited me to his place we had so much fun we went into a room were no one else was and we did some drawing on he wrote 'I love you' to me and I wrote 'I love you too' That's all that happened for a while then people at school started teasing us in grade 5 we were in different classes and we drifted apart.

Peter and I became just friends. In grade six I got a note from Alex it was coded I loved codes. I managed to get a fair bit done then went to ask if I was right he took the piece of paper back and wouldn't let me see any more but I had done enough to know it said 'I l??e y?u' He told me it wasn't a complement and that was that for a while.

The next year Alex and I were in the same class everyone kept telling me he liked me and asking me if I liked him I kept saying no. The whole of grade 7 went on a camp together and one night we had to dances that was ok even though it was boy and girl. The bad bit about it was the girls had to chose a boy to go with since no one wanted to chose the teachers stuck most people together so I waited but they didn't chose me so finally I decided to chose someone myself, there weren't many people left and then I saw Alex he wasn't looking at me but something just made me chose him.

The next dance the boys had to chose a girl, Alex came over to me and put his hand out I took it and nodded forgetting we had to say yes anyway. Someone came up to Alex and asked 'do you like Claudia (me)'and Alex said 'isn't it a bit obvious.' From then on I realise how much I really liked him, loved him.

During the year we realised that this would be our last year together. On our last day of school I gave Alex a letter which said exactly what I felt and he gave me a bag of my favourite chocolate (I had never told him what my favourite chocolate was) my friends forced me to give him a hug and I did 3 times and I'm glad I did.

Now we go to different schools but I still love him just as much as I ever did. Peter goes to the same high school as me now and we are best friends again I had a big problem so I told Peter it was that I liked another boy called James but I still loved Alex. Peter told me to tell both of them the truth so I did I was sure Alex would never talk to me again.

A few days later Peter told me that James had said to him that he hated me and didn't want a relationship, I hated James for that. I was so upset knowing nothing could go right then I got an email from Alex it said 7 words and when I read them I cried, they were 'I love you and I miss you'.

Finally I thought my life was ok again. Then Peter came to me with a problem he liked a girl named Sara and he thought she liked him but he didn't know how to tell her. So I gave him ideas but none of them seemed right. Then we decided on a poem I searched everywhere with him for the right one and we got it down to 3 he knew that was all I could do to help so he wrote me a thank you note saying he hoped we could be friends forever.

So now I knew Peter would be happy. A while after I just sat down and I realised something I still loved Alex but the worst bit was I loved Peter but I had just helped him to win the love of his life, he would probably never even think of me again.
