The Night We Met

Hi, Im 16 years old. I went to Kentucky last summer to visit my family. Then one night my cousin asked me if I wanted to go meet some of his friends.

I was like sure so went to play basketball at the local basketball court where all his friends were gonna be. When I steped out of my cousins truck I met eyes with the guy I knew I could be with forever.

He asked my cousin to interduce us. From that point we talked the whole night untill it started to rain. He walked me to my cousins truck and we still were talkin it was so sweet he didnt even care that he was soaking wet. Then we exchanged numbers & he got in his car and followed us all the way to my cousins.

When we got there he got out of his car as we were walking towards eachother he had told me that my cousin had invited him to stay the night. So we went inside and talked the whole night and never went to sleep, there as never a dual moment.

Then he had asked me to be his girlfriend. Even thought I had to go back to Arizona we still were together it was hard for us but our love kept us together. I go visit him every summer. I never thought that I would be in love at such a young age.
