Romantic Picnics... A Night Under the Stars
A Drive In Picnic
I know most of you guys do not think about getting out of the car, during a drive-inn, But the most romantic picnic I ever had, was at the drive-inn, when my boyfriend surprised me with a picnic. We sat outside, under the stars, on a rug next to the car. With candles to add that special touch, and watched the movie in each others arms... it sure was a moment to cherish. -submitted by Anonymous
A Night Under the Stars
Take your love to the lake have a nice picnic super table set candles everything. After you eat take a walk to the shore area. Take a blanket with you and hold each other and watch the stars. You never know it might just be the night of your life. -submitted by Anonymous
A Romantic Picnic
Go to some kind of water side without your love and set everything up. Place a picnic table out and set up so you can have a candle light dinner. Go pick up your food and your love and go watch a sunset with them. After that enjoy a candlelight dinner under the stars. :-) -submitted by J.P. Suites
Backyard Picnic
We didn't have a lot of money, so we bought pizza the one night. Had a bottle of red wine and a blanket. We had a picnic in their backyard with soft music playing. It was GREAT. We looked at the stars and in each other's eyes and we both knew that we were in LOVE. That was the single most wonderful experience I have ever had! It was sincere and straight from the heart! -submitted by Anonymous
Bed Picnic
Spread out a blanket on the bed, light candles, and put some great jazz music (your favorite music will do!). Then take out a chilled bottle of wine, strawberries, mixed fruit, chocolate sauce, brie cheese, and crackers and just spend the time talking like you just don't get to usually. It brings both of you a new connection to each other. It works! -submitted by Heather
Bringing the outdoors... in!
Have a picnic under the stars in your own room! Tack a dark sheet to the ceiling--you can put white XMAS lights under it--or sticky glow in the dark stars on it-- then put vases of flowers and plants all over the room (fake and real for contrast). Put out the normal picnic necessitates and use ALOT OF CANDLES and INCENSE!!! Have soft music in the background. A nature theme is a good type of CD to buy. Take it from there! NOTE: this is best attempted at night in case of windows in the room!! -submitted by Anonymous
Country Picnic
Now girls, you gotta do this one, cause I know my boyfriend won't ever do it for me. Make some of his favorite sandwiches or go to Subway. Pick him up, and drive to the country, or at least where you can look at the stars with out buildings in the way. Set out the blanket and eat. After, give him a full body massage and look at the stars. -submitted by Anonymous
Fall In Love Again
I have been dating my boyfriend for about two years, and we get into the boring rut of staying home and not doing anything exciting. We both have busy work weeks, and so our time is limited to the weekend. I decided to pull us out of the boring rut... but how was I going to do this? One Saturday, I sent my boyfriend out to do some errands. I followed him in my car, making sure to be discreet. Each time he got out of the car to run into a store, I stuck a note on his car windshield telling him where to go next. At his last stop, I attached a note that told him to meet me where we first kissed. He pulled up to the park to find me with a picnic basket in hand. He walked over to me with a smile a mile wide and kissed me. Surprise and keep your love on their toes!! -submitted by Stephanie
Forest Walk
First of all this idea is for summertime or when ever the temperature is warm enough at night. First of all, during the daytime go out in the forest along a path and set up one of those camping gazebos just off the trail hiding in some trees. Inside lay a blanket down and put a vase of roses in each corner. Also take out a small cooler with some wine or champagne in it with some glasses. You will also require a small battery powered radio to play some romantic music on. OK, when the sunsets invite your loved one over and recommend a stroll through the forest. While walking along the path near the gazebo innocently point in its direction and ask what it is. She'll have no clue what so ever, because it's dark out. Slowly lead her over to it and open the door. Step inside and invite her in. Put the radio on and light a bunch of candles until the whole inside is glowing with candlelight. Take out the wine and glasses and pour her and yourself a glass. If you have any, read her some poetry, but I think at this point she'll still be overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. Anyway have fun! -submitted by Andrew
Incredibly Romantic Picnic
Next week, I am seeing a man that has been pursuing me for six years. He is 15 years my junior and all that this man has done is romance me from the onset of this relationship and I have been avoiding for all these years due to our age difference... so now, I think it's time to show him, or should I say, repay him for all that he has done. He is coming up by train and a stretched limo will be waiting for him. My chauffeur will be holding a sign up with his last name...the car door will open and there I will be playing his favorite romantic songs which I will make up on my own....I'll be holding two glasses of champagne along with eating various fruits. He will be taken to a State Park (which will take a hour or more to get there) and we will have this romantic picnic that he thinks we're going on anyway. Oh, by the way, the ride down to the Park will be spent making love and, if he has enough energy left...on the way back again! This is one of my fantasies that I've had and I hope it will be a day that he will never forget because he has become so special and important in my life! Try this on your loved one... CHEERS!! -submitted by Anonymous
